  • I’m a gay man, living in a small rural town in Southeastern Pennsylvania. I have a phenomenal partner who has been with me for over 13 years and together we have a boxer named Rocky. I started this blog three years ago thinking I would be posting witty stories about myself and our life together. That has changed with the events of the last few months. I was diagnosed with major depression and PTSD. I still want to post those witty stories but this blog will also become the story of how I deal with day to day on a journey which someday will bring me back to being a whole person again.

    • I have also recently discovered that the Buddhist path is where I belong. I have found the path that is helping to bring myself back to the center. I’m realizing that 38 years of crap may be what I needed to make me discover who I am.
